The next day, they met at their laboratory, a building beside some terraced houses at their agreed time They packed their swimming suits, their breathing gas masks along with other gadgets and off they went to the harbor to get their sub-marine.
Scattered at the harbor were ferries, ships , speed boats, yachts with two sub-marines, one for the military, the other one for them.
They started their journey at about 9:30 AM that morning. When they had gone far from the shore, they started descending into the sea. They went deep into the sea and were sailing under water for days until they discovered a cave.
“That cave must be a passage.” Williams said.
“You’re right.” said Martins.
“So…what do we do?” John asked.
“Put on your breathing masks and lets check it out.” Williams told them.
They began swimming from the sub straight to the cave.
John was the last, swimming behind Martins. As they were swimming, a giant whale swam pass them. John quickly dragged Martins to look at the whale. He got scared and began swimming back to the sub. Williams dragged him back and they both forced him to continue swimming to the cave.
As they had suspected, the cave was a very long passage which seemed endless. They swam for some minutes. John got tired and he stopped. the other two noticed him and they swam back to urge him to continue. All of a sudden, Martins saw a large-size tunnel at the top. They began swimming upwards. It wasn’t long before they popped out of the tunnel. To their surprise they saw dry land. They got out of the tunnel and took off their breathing masks. The tunnel now looked like a well. Thirty yards away from where they stood, they saw a giant gate that seemed to be built with thunder rods, sparking like a naked high-tension electric wire with powerful rays of light blinding their vision. At the front of the gate they saw a flaming sword, about three yards long, suspended on the air pointing towards a different direction. Hundreds of cherubim hung all around the corners of the gate. Beneath the flaming sword, there stood a golden key, about 25 cm long, halfway buried into the ground.
“This is amazing!!!” John said loudly.
“Sssh…quiet” Williams whispered.
“Look at those angels. They could kill us for disturbing their peace.” he said.
Martins brought out his camcorder and started recording.
“My wife would love this.” he said.
One of the cherubim approached them and said to them;
“The one that cannot hear nor speak is the only one allowed into the garden.”
